6. Warranties and Guarantees

Product Warranties: Solar panels come with manufacturer warranties typically ranging from 20-25 years for performance and 10-12 years for product defects. Inverters and batteries carry separate warranty terms as specified by manufacturers.

Installation Warranty: We provide a 5-year workmanship warranty on all installation services, covering installation-related issues and defects.

Performance Guarantee: Solar system performance is guaranteed to meet projected energy output within specified tolerances, accounting for environmental factors and proper system maintenance.

Warranty claims must be reported within the specified warranty period and are subject to inspection and verification by our technical team.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PTRAC Energy Solutions, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from solar products or services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

8. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under this agreement which is due to fire, flood, earthquake, elements of nature, acts of God, acts of war, terrorism, riots, civil disorders, rebellions, or other similar causes beyond our reasonable control.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra for any disputes arising from these terms.

10. Changes to Terms
