5.3 White Glove Delivery
Premium delivery service includes unpacking, inspection, and basic setup assistance. Available for orders above ₹50,000 at additional cost of ₹2,000-5,000.
6. Delivery Process
6.1 Order Processing

7. Delivery Terms and Conditions

7.2 Delivery Attempts
- Up to 3 delivery attempts will be made

- After 3 failed attempts, order will be returned to warehouse
- Redelivery charges may apply for subsequent attempts

- Inspect packages for external damage before acceptance
- Report any damage or discrepancies immediately
- Sign delivery receipt only after satisfactory inspection
- Photograph any damaged items for warranty claims
